Loss Obsession
That picture of that young sixteen year old, enticing you to
spend more of your time and money, is not the noble person
you want to become.
You
should have some meat on your bones. It is normal, it is
healthy.
Nonetheless, obesity is a big problem in the West. There are
many reasons for it that are not being addressed.

That food chart we all grew up with telling us which food
groups to eat and how much to eat is in fact a lie, an
outright deception on the American people. The person
developing that food chart placed fruits and vegetables at
the bottom of the triangle. Knowing that America, a grain
rich land, could not domestically provide the fruits and
vegetables require for that chart, the government, in their
infinite wisdom, simply flipped the chart.
Another major cause is thought to be the amount of MSG
placed in food products. MSG entices appetite and causes you
to eat much more.
The answer to all of this is to return to a simple natural
healthy lifestyle that is focused on your well-being, not
your waistline.
Simple organically grown foods that you prepare yourself and
know what is placed in them, is one key to health and
happiness. Grow those vegetables yourself and stay active.
Return to a simplistic outdoor life and you will not have to
make time for exercise. Get out of the cities and move to
the country. Buy some sheep, dig a well, plant some crops.
This type of life is no longer respected or honored - but it
is the best lifestyle you can have.
For those really needing help with controlling the bulge,
the following should help.
Each morning before eating or drinking anything else, eat a
green salad with plenty of vinegar on it. After one hour,
eat a breakfast of either protein or carbohydrates, but do
not mix. The rest of the day eat sensibly.
If you follow this simple routine, the weight will come off
slowly. Slowly is the best way to take off weight. The rapid
ups and downs of weight loss are very damaging to the
system. The body defends against starvation when
experiencing radical changes.
Above all, do not be focused on your waistline as much as
your physical and spiritual health and wellbeing. Anyone not
accepting you for who you are is not worth the time and
effort.
Real love and happiness are not contained in a skinny body.
You only find happiness when you become a whole (holy)
person. Whole, comes in all shapes and sizes.
Many problems with obsession to loose weight are rooted in
other common problems.
