No-Profit --- Non-Organization
"When You Begin to Organize, You Begin to Fail!"
It is
important to state our policies on providing various products and
services in
conjunction with the
BrokenEarth.org site. We do not
consider them products we define them as a trust or offering because
we never intend to take possession of any money - only pass it along
to the needy, as a trust. A very important distinction.
We are comprised of strictly volunteers. No one draws an income or
wage from any activity associated with this site. If unsolicited charity is
offered it is accepted and used for the intended purposes it was
given, if specified, or as a general charity - not a donation to an organization. We
never intend to take possession of money - only acting as stewards
for the trust.. All funds and gifts from the offering of any
incidental products is used to help people who need it most. Again,
we are simply a transferring agent in distributing gifts or income
to the poor.
We are not, nor do we ever seek to be a non-profit organization. We
are a no-profit non-organization. What comes, comes. If people offer we
accept - explaining that principle is as close as we come to an
actual solicitation. We do so to educate the public as this is an
all but lost understanding in the world today.
Understanding
Charity and Healing will provide you with more
insights into our thinking and what we understand to be the best way
to operate.
We are also a Non-Organization and anyone who is in service to God
can not also be in service to the government, a church organization, or anyone else.
Financial reporting requirements and tax returns are a form of
control that the state places on religious organizations that
violates the spirit of the separation of church and state rules and
Gods laws. Having information and control over a servant of Gods
financial dealings, in fact, reduces the positive energy and
protection that such charity brings. Charity should be given as much
in a secretive manner as possible. We do our best to honor that.
Disclosing information is a violation of the trust people place in
us to guard their charitable contributions, as often times it is the
best manners not to let someone know it is you who is giving the
charity. This keeps the intention of giving, purely for the sake of
God alone, not to be seen by others as a generous man. Clergy
therefore have a solemn an sacred trust when accepting a trust of
charity. Disclosing that in anyway, breaks the trust.
When promoting various educational information in some newsgroups we
have been attacked for being a commercial site in an attempt to stop
our work. These paid shills on these sites are agent provocateurs
searching for any excuse to keep vitally important information like
alternative methods of cancer treatment from seeing the light of
day.
For the record, we are not a commercial, for -profit site. There is
no-profit whatsoever. There is no intended possession of money or
belief that we are entitle to funds entrusted to us as stewards of
those gifts. We are simply acting as a conduit in dispersing the
funds where needed as trusted agents of the giver.
How we legally frame this organization to comply with this belief
and standard is a mystery to us as no such allowance for such an
entity currently exists - which is the point of non-profit status -
to provide a controlled way to keep you from asking for a better
way.
Therefore, we call our selves a NO-Profit --- Non-Organization
who is only a steward for money and never actually intends or
desires to take possession of the trust it serves to the people.
Additionally, we at times will direct people to certain items that
are of use in the performance of the treatments we recommend. We
could simply refer people direct to the retail outlet and forfeit the normal commissions
paid for such referrals, but we prefer to accept those commissions
and use them towards helping others and as part of the trust. In establishing these
commissions there is no option other than to provide some sort of
tax identification in order to participate. This is wrong, but it is
how things are currently structured. In these few cases we do
provide an individual tax identification and will necessarily need
to account for any taxes charged. All other monies from commissions
will, nonetheless, go directly to the trust and not for personnel
profit or gain. In this manner we remain fully, NO-Profit.
Our obligation is fully and completely with and to God alone!
We abide by the laws of the land and, God willing, you will find us to be positive
contributing members of society working to better people's lives.
Our intention is not to break any countries existing laws, if any,
but only to preserve the sacred trust we assume under God by acting
as a hands off trustee for charitable giving.
