What are Medicinals?
There is not a
single illness or disease created that there has not been
provided a corresponding natural cure.
Much is being offered in the way of organic and local
products with the claims that these herbs, vegetables and
fruits are much healthier and better for you than the store
bought corporate farm GMO counterparts - and they are.
We are certainly not here to dispute these claims. All
products that enter or are placed on your body should be as
local as possible and as organic as possible.
Medicinals go beyond local, and beyond organic, ideally they
are both organic and local with the added standard of being
grown for the specific purpose of healing ailments. Local and
organic products are still often focused on appearance and
sweet or milder tastes. For example, onions grown to be sweet,
what people want, loose most of their medicinal benefits.
Medicinals are grown to be as pungent as possible.
We often have to search very hard to find an untouched variety
of plant, herb or fruit to begin growing medicinal products.
As another example, most garlic has been grown to be bigger so
it is easier to peel and chop. Growing garlic to become bigger
reduces the medicinal value. As with most herbs, vegetables
and fruits, the smaller, naturally grown products are usually
much more medicinal - grown as they would be grow in the wild.
Trying to reverse that process may take several growing
seasons and still the medicinal benefits will not all return.
In the case of garlic we have found a wild variety in Oklahoma
that we will begin to grow for medicinal purposes.
As we progress we hope to offer as many medicinal products as
possible.
Planting and Spirituality
In addition to following strict standards to grow as naturally
and as local as possible, medicinals are grown from the very
start with the intention or energy to use them to heal. When
seeds are placed into the ground, they are dedicated to the
Creator of All Things who effectuates all cures and planted
with the best energy and intention possible. Those who plant
are recommended to plant in a state of spiritual purification
which we will discuss in further detail at another time.
To
scientifically prove the importance of intention and
energy we point to the work conducted by
Masuru Emoto
who is doing experimentation on the effects of energy
resonance on water crystals.
For truly holy (whole) people who have attained to a
spiritual understanding in their heart, the scientific
evidence now presented does not change what they have
known all along. The evidence presented only gives rise
for better understanding a holy persons ability and
further confirms that the benefits they provide are real
and more important than many once perceived. |
