The Marriage Fraud of the Year Award goes to Mr. Samir. The case against him is still pending but the facts
are so overwhelmingly supportive of marriage fraud we may say
publicly that he wins hands down. Marriage fraud,
benefit fraud, document fraud, bigamy all against a mentally
disabled woman who he married two days after she was
released from a State mental facility. All with support and
knowledge from a family who owns a chain of IHOP's that was used
effectively as a headquarters for this marriage fraud ring.
Supported, in part, by the Islamic Society of Stillwater who
still refuses to turn over the original Islamic marriage
certificate for this fraudulent marriage.
International House of Pancakes corporate office has been
informed about this situation and has effectively done nothing to correct
it. Samir was working at IHOP illegally in the position as a
manager - we have photos to prove it. So is IHOP involved in
protecting immigrant stooges and providing them with an American
businesses?
ICE, the FBI and other agencies refuse to pursue this matter.
My educated guess, having spent hours on the phone and written
countless letters, is this guy is part of a protection program
- given US citizenship and rewards for information he provided
while living in Jordan. It is the only thing that makes any
sense. Otherwise the system and these agencies are so corrupt
and incompetent they simply do not care. I do not believe that
they are that incompetent - simply following orders not to
touch this guy.
